You can submit your idea or sketch through our ‘Customize‘ option on the website. Our artists will reach out to bring your concept to life (depending on availability).
Each item is made from scratch in Pakistan, designed in our studio, and produced with trusted partners who share our values of ethical sourcing and quality craftsmanship.
Domestic orders: 7-8 working days (depending on customization detail)
International orders: Delivery times vary by location (typically 1–3 weeks).
We only accept returns if the product is damaged upon receipt.
Size exchanges are possible when the item is not customized.
